I am Sharolyn Walker, Broker of Total Realty Solutions. I am a current resident and native of Jacksonville, Florida. I launched my real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia as a Leasing and Sales Agent for one of Atlanta's top Property Management Firms. This role earned me the title of Leasing and Sales Agent of the Year. With a heart to serve and an attitude to succeed, my career catapulted and landed me a position as a Property Manager. That eventually led to partnerships with prominent real estate owners where I managed million dollar property portfolios.
After a 25 year career of serving others in many capacities, I decided to build a wonderful career in a profession that I am passionate about, Real Estate. I want to help others, foster new lasting relationships, and make your dream of home ownership a reality. After purchasing my first home years ago, I realized the complexity, and hurdles that some people encounter in the home buying process. I am committed to helping you get over those hurdles.
